Hello!

I'm Holly

Mom, Neurodivergent Therapist & Coach

For nearly three decades, I've supported autistic and ADHD children, teens, and their families. But the most important thing I bring to this work isn't just professional experience—it's lived experience.

I've been the parent sitting in meetings, trying to explain my child's needs. I've worried about whether a new teacher, therapist, coach, or caregiver would truly understand them. And I've learned the hard way that many challenging moments come from misunderstandings, assumptions, and missing information.

I've also been that neurodivergent child—the one who was misunderstood, overwhelmed, anxious, and constantly wondering why things felt harder than they seemed for everyone else.

That's why I created the "Get To Know My Child Snapshot"™, and I'm giving it to you today for FREE.
